A family business with a modern factory
At HMG you work for a company that has been around for more than forty years and is very much on the move: since 2021 we have been investing in automation, sustainability, capacity and international growth.
100% family-owned
Family-owned since 1983, now in its third generation. That means direct lines of communication, fast decisions and a long-term view.
A new factory
An energy-efficient 12,500 m² building certified GPR 8.0, with production, warehouse, offices and showroom under one roof.
Technology that moves forward
8 fully automatic pillow lines, 4 duvet lines, AGVs and an advanced WMS. Our target for 2027: fully robotised pillow production.
For all of Europe, and beyond
What we make in Eindhoven goes to customers in Europe, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the United States and Canada.

Where you could work with us
A great deal comes together in our factory: production, engineering, logistics, quality, development, sales and office work. Here is what the work looks like, in broad terms.
The filling line Production and line operation
On our fully automatic pillow and duvet lines, fibres are opened, blown in, weighed, stitched and packed. Line operators set up the lines, monitor the process and keep a close eye on the quality of every product.

The hook line Engineering and maintenance
A highly automated factory runs on good maintenance. Technicians keep the lines, the filling machines and the quilting lines in good condition, resolve faults and help to drive further automation.

The warehouse Logistics and warehouse
In our warehouse with 6,000 pallet positions, AGVs move the goods and an advanced WMS keeps track of where every pallet is. From receiving and storage to order picking and loading.

Quality
At HMG, quality control is part of every production step: checking, weighing, tracing batch by batch and making sure everything complies with EU regulations.
