Company & production
Who we are, where we produce and how much.
Who is HMG Bedtextiel?
H.M.G. Bedtextiel B.V. – HMG stands for Holland Manufacturing Group – is a Dutch bedding manufacturer, 100% family-owned. We make pillows, duvets and related products for retail, hospitality and professional markets. The company started in 1983 as a bedding wholesaler and has been manufacturing since 1994; since 2021, the third generation has been running the business.
Where are your products made?
100% in the Netherlands, in our own 12,500 m² building at Park Forum 1207, Eindhoven. Production, quality control, the warehouse and the showroom are all under one roof.
How much can you produce?
On 8 fully automatic pillow lines and 4 fully automatic duvet lines, we make up to 15 million pillows and 2 million duvets a year. In 2025 we doubled our pillow capacity to 25,000 pillows a day.
Can I visit the factory or the showroom?
Yes, we would be delighted. Our building at Park Forum houses a showroom with our range. Visits are by appointment: get in touch and we will arrange a time.
024 questions
Products & materials
What we make, with which fillings and in which sizes.
Which products does HMG make?
A complete bedding range, developed and produced in-house: pillows, duvets, mattress toppers, mattress protectors and pillow protectors, together with other value-added bedding solutions.
Which fillings do you work with?
We make pillows with synthetic fibres, as memory and specialty pillows, and with natural fillings. Duvets come with synthetic and nano gel fibres, and with natural fillings of wool and bamboo. The right filling depends on your target group and price point; we work that out together.
Do you make the sizes for every market?
Yes. We make the standard sizes for each country, such as 60 × 70 cm pillows for the Netherlands, 80 × 80 cm for Germany and 65 × 65 cm for France and Belgium, and just as readily your own custom size. The size guide lists them per market.
Can you develop a product to our specification?
Yes. From the ticking and fill weight to the stitching and finish, we develop a product to your specification or adapt an existing one. If you work with a tech pack, we take that as our starting point.

Private label & Mont Blanc
Made under your brand, or under ours.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes, private-label programmes are one of our core activities. We produce under your brand name, with 3 components in your house style: the woven label, the retail band or insert card, and the packaging.
What is Mont Blanc?
Mont Blanc is HMG's own brand, which we have owned for more than 28 years: natural, high-value bedding. Mont Blanc products are ordered by the outer carton: 10 pillows or 4 duvets.
Do you help with the design of labels and packaging?
Certainly. From the choice of materials and fill weights to the woven label, the retail band and the packaging, we develop the collection together with you. If you already have a house style, we work with that.
Can we have a collection made exclusively for our stores?
Yes. Alongside private-label programmes, we make collections exclusive to a single retailer, as well as premium and natural bedding concepts.
044 questions
Ordering & minimums
Quantities, lead times and how to request a quote.
What are the minimum order quantities?
For private label, we start at 1,000 pillows or 500 duvets per variant. Products from our own Mont Blanc brand are ordered by the outer carton: 10 pillows or 4 duvets. For other products, the minimum depends on the material and finish; we discuss this in our first conversation.
What are the lead times?
A private-label production run usually takes 4 to 6 weeks after approval of the pre-production sample. Products from stock are delivered within 24 to 72 hours in Western Europe.
How do I request a quote?
Through our enquiry form: tell us which products you are looking for, in what quantities and by when. An account manager will contact you within 1 working day. Once your brief is complete, you will receive a tailored quote within 5 working days.
Can you deliver a large order in instalments?
Yes. Our warehouse has grown from 3,000 to 6,000 pallet positions, so large orders are processed quickly and can be delivered in instalments.
054 questions
Samples & development
From the first brief to the approved product.
Can I get samples, and what do they cost?
Yes. Samples from our existing range are free of charge. Samples developed specifically for you are made at cost, and we offset that cost against your first order. Allow 2 to 3 weeks.
How does a development project work?
You send us your brief, and we get in touch within 1 working day. A first conversation sharpens the brief; samples, a quote and a pre-production sample follow. Once you approve that, we produce – usually within 4 to 6 weeks.
What is a pre-production sample?
The first piece off the production line, with the final materials, your labels and your packaging. You approve it before we produce the whole order. Allow 1 to 2 weeks.
Can we work together confidentially?
Yes. If you are working on something new, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement in advance at your request.
064 questions
Quality & certificates

How do you safeguard quality?
Quality control is built into every production step and carried out in-house. We maintain consistent filling accuracy and standardised packaging, and every batch is traceable. That keeps quality stable even at large volumes.
Which certificates does HMG hold?
Our building is GPR certified with a rating of 8.0. We work with sustainable, certified fibres, including fibres certified to GRS (Global Recycled Standard), produce in compliance with EU regulations and have our products lab-tested for multiple markets. Certificates and test reports are available on request.
Can you meet our organisation's requirements?
Indicate in your brief which certifications or tests you require. We will tell you for each product what we can demonstrate, and you will receive the relevant certificates with the quote.
Is every delivery traceable?
